Why did you choose CBD oil? Does it help athletes relax?

I can’t say for professional athletes, but personally I often used full spectrum cbd oil. Just a couple drops of oil under the tongue before bedtime (after training) helped my muscles relax. It simultaneously anesthetizes and helps to fall asleep. What are you using the CBD for?
